Both teachers hold 3 decades of work and dedication to these arts and their students of all levels. The 25 hour training workshops an innovative combination and approach to yoga with dance principles.

The training offers a continuum education certification (YACEP ) with Yoga Alliance and for all that want to experience the power of this in-depth retreat.

The Field Retreat with Annie Parr

April 30-May 4, 2024 Join El Campo founder, Annie Parr in a 5 day immersion retreat in her movement practices. The Field, which includes MDRNYGA and SHIFT classes are methods Annie has developed over a lifetime career in dance and movement arts. MDRNYGA is a dynamic mat-less vinyasa class set to an eclectic playlist. It is designed to deepen ones relationship to sequencing and transitions, musicality and flow. Shift  is your hour to body tend. We get there with a thoughtfully curated playlist to drop you into a therapeutic flow state and then nudge you to an invigorating and playful movement cleanse. There is no experience required.
Commune, play, and create while enjoying the beauty, Pacific Ocean and landscape of Baja. Other events include a cooking class, a creative art practice such as fabric dying and excursions to the beach, hikes and town of Todos Santos.
Meals are prepared by a private chef serving nourishing and delicious meals with local ingredients and vegetables from our garden. Additional offerings include massage and surf lessons.
